DIALOGUE 2023
This exclusive dialogue will gather young leaders, policy experts, & government representatives to explore and learn global governance, policymaking, cyber-security & public administration. This four-day program will enrich the participant with an ability to understand how global governance can be analyzed. The dialogue is focused on developing governance and public management skills as well as it will expose our participants to in-depth learning about creating digital safe spaces & creating opportunities for meaningful engagement between young leaders and the governments.
Who can join us?
The delegations comprising of Governors, State Ministers, Legislators, UN Officials, researchers, global scholars and youth delegates will be getting together in the city of peace. HISA will also select 30 fully funded delegates who would travel to Egypt to participate at the HISA Egypt Dialogue. Their airfare, accommodation, meal, airport transfers and dialogue access will be sponsored by the HISA. Any student, professional, social or health worker, volunteer and young leaders from any background can apply.
Selection Process:
Once a candidate submits their application, our high-level selection committee will evaluate the application based on the content and profile of the candidate. If shortlisted, potential candidates will be reached out via email. Results will be out on 30th January.

The aim and purpose of this dialogue is to create a safe and positive margin where young people can flourish. Youth need safe spaces to gather and immerse in activities based on their interests, and to participate in decision-making processes.
This dialogue also intends to build young people’s capacity to meaningfully engage in youth policy planning with decision-makers in their local governments. Youth, democracy, and dialogue are considered the keys to the future. Therefore, to foster a direct and meaningful exchange of remarks between youth and local authorities we have initiated this project. Attendees will be encouraged & trained to develop communication and understanding between themselves and their local authorities to raise awareness and accomplish joint future goals. So that young people can be empowering young leaders in their communities.

If you are a student, volunteer, or professional contributing to sustainability for a better future for all, this is the right place for you. Digital platforms must be free of cyberbullying, therefore in this 4-day dialogue, we aim to raise awareness among attendees of the HISA Egypt Dialogue about the very real problem of online violence and cyberbullying as it is essential to create safe online spaces so that people feel comfortable sharing their ideas, you would get a chance to raise your voice in the formulation of policies, engage with policy and decision makers, and foster intercultural dialogues, and expand your professional network.
Registrations will only be taking place on our website. You just have to fill in your contact information, answer some questions carefully in the scholarship section, agree to terms & conditions & pay the application fee. apply. However, individuals with a volunteer background are encouraged to apply.
There are two categories one can apply.
If you are looking forward to availing of the fully funded opportunity, you should consider applying for Fully Funded Delegate. Results for the Fully Funded Delegate will be out on January 30th, 2023.
If you want to secure your spot for the HISA Egypt Dialogue right now, you should apply as a Self-Funded Delegate. HISA will allow only 50 individuals to get themselves registered as a Self-Funded Delegate to attend the HISA Egypt Dialogue. It is on a first-come-first-service basis.
The application fee applies to be considered as Fully Funded Delegate is $12.5 only, which is non-refundable & non-transferable.
Our team at HISA will issue Visa Support letters to all the confirmed participants. But if in any misfortune scenario, a candidate couldn’t attend the forum we will refund the money back to the Self-Funded Delegates only based on our Refund Policy.
An applicant would have to pay $499 in order to secure his/her place at the HISA Egypt Dialogue. Upon paying $499, a self-funded delegate would get an invitation/visa support letter, forum merchandise, 4-star shared accommodation in Egypt, meals during the whole event, airport transfers, and much more. our team for the successful submission of your application.
HISA is a social enterprise & we operate on the kind support of our donors. In order to facilitate the administration and management to carry out smooth operations to bring you an exciting forum, we charge only $12.5.
Selection for the Fully Funded Delegates purely depends on the quality of application a participant would submit. In the scholarship section, we have asked several questions and provided the opportunity to submit as much information as we can. IELTS/TOEFL certifications are not required for participation in HISA Egypt Dialogue.
