By registering under the Premium Package Category for the Leadership Certification in Global Diplomacy 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 15 years old at the time of application.
Open to individuals from all nationalities who are passionate about volunteerism, global change, and leadership.

3. Refund Policy

The Premium Package fee of $1299 + $50 service charges is refundable under the following conditions:

Time of Refund Request	Refund Eligibility
More than 30 days before the certification	100% refund as voucher (no deduction)
20–30 days before the certification	70% refund as voucher (30% deduction)
10–20 days before the certification	50% refund as voucher (50% deduction)
Less than 10 days before the certification	No refund (100% deduction)

All refund requests must be formally communicated via email to: registration@headwayinstitute.org
Refunds will be provided in the form of vouchers, which can be redeemed at any future HISA conference.

4. Visa Support

An official invitation letter will be provided to assist with visa applications.
Forum organizers are not responsible for visa decisions, delays, or rejections.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to uphold respect, professionalism, and integrity.
Any misconduct, discrimination, or violation of policies may result in disqualification or removal without refund.

6. Media Release

By participating, you consent to the use of your photos, videos, and testimonials for LCGD 2026’s / HISA’s promotional and official purposes.

7. Changes & Force Majeure

The organizing committee reserves the right to alter the schedule, format, venue, or cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Participants will be informed promptly via official channels.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Belgium.

8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brussels, Belgium.

9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

9.1. By submitting your application for the Premium Package Category, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

9.2. You acknowledge that the registration fee is subject to the refund policy outlined above, and that participation is contingent upon adherence to the code of conduct and other event guidelines.
