By registering under the Self Funded Category for the HISA Youth Dialogue 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Applicants must be at least 15 years old at the time of application.
- Open to individuals from all nationalities who are passionate about volunteerism, global change, and leadership.
2. Access Benefits
Self Funded Category holders will receive:
- Full access to all keynotes, panels, workshops, and networking events
- Daily Meals and refreshments during the forum
- Official HYD 2026 participation certificate
- Invitation letter for visa application
- Forum welcome kit (badge, lanyard, and other items)
Note: Travel and accommodation are not included.
3. Refund Policy
- The Self Funded fee of $599 + $50 service charges is refundable under the following conditions:

- All refund requests must be formally communicated via email to: registration@headwayinstitute.org
- Refunds will be provided in the form of vouchers, which can be redeemed at any future HISA conference.
4. Visa Support
- An official invitation letter will be provided to assist with visa applications.
- Forum organizers are not responsible for visa decisions, delays, or rejections.
5. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to uphold respect, professionalism, and integrity.
- Any misconduct, discrimination, or violation of policies may result in disqualification or removal without refund.
6. Media Release
- By participating, you consent to the use of your photos, videos, and testimonials for HYD 2026's / HISA's promotional and official purposes.
7. Changes & Force Majeure
- The organizing committee reserves the right to alter the schedule, format, venue, or cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Participants will be informed promptly via official channels.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia.
8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sydney, Australia.
9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
9.1. By submitting your application for the Self Funded Category, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
9.2. You acknowledge that the registration fee is subject to the refund policy outlined above, and that participation is contingent upon adherence to the code of conduct and other event guidelines.
