The HISA Youth Fellowship 2025 was successfully hosted from August 23–26, 2025, at the prestigious University of Oxford, United Kingdom. Organized by the Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance (HISA), the fellowship brought together a diverse cohort of emerging youth leaders, policymakers, digital changemakers, and advocates for sustainability and ethical governance.
Under the central theme of “Policy Making | Elevating Voices | Climate Change & AI in the Digital Era,” the fellowship provided a transformative platform for cross-cultural collaboration, capacity building, and policy innovation.
